These terms govern your use of TLTE Civic Mail ("the service"), operated by TLTE. By creating an account or using any part of the service you agree to be bound by them.
1 · Who may use the service
You must be at least 13 years old, capable of forming a binding contract, and not barred from using the service under the laws of your jurisdiction. One person, one civic identity — accounts may not be sold, rented, or transferred.
2 · Your civic address
Your @tlte.cloud address is a civic identifier issued by TLTE for use within the ecosystem. It is not a general-purpose email inbox. Stewards may freeze, mute, or revoke addresses used for impersonation, harassment, spam, illegal content, or credible safety threats, following the Civic Charter.
3 · Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Impersonate any person, entity, or role you do not hold
- Harass, threaten, or endanger any other person
- Distribute unlawful, infringing, or exploitative material
- Attempt to breach the security or integrity of the service
- Use automated systems to send mass unsolicited messages
4 · Content
You retain ownership of the content you post through your address. You grant TLTE a limited licence to store, transmit, and display it as necessary to operate the service and preserve civic records.
5 · Termination
You may close your account at any time from your profile. TLTE may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these terms. Audit records may be retained after termination as required by law and the Civic Charter.
6 · Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." TLTE makes no warranty of uninterrupted delivery or absolute deliverability of external mail; recovery emails travel over the public internet and are subject to third-party filtering.
7 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TLTE is registered. Disputes shall be resolved first through the Civic Charter's mediation process before any other forum.
